Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 + Incentives

Job Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, references, online platforms, and market research.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.




- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Confident in client handling and business discussions.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition, or Field Sales will be preferred.
