Educational Qualification

- MBA / BBM with B.Tech degree
- Relevant educational background in Business, Management, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of overall work experience in a Manufacturing / Production Industry.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Business Development (BDM) is preferred.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support business growth.
- Manage and motivate teams to achieve organizational objectives.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations and reports.
- Support management in achieving sales and business development goals.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
