Role & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the BDE/Business Development team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Develop and implement effective strategies for lead generation and business growth.

Identify new business opportunities through Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, email marketing, and other online channels.

Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, follow-ups, proposals, and client conversions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Handle client communication, negotiations, commercial proposals, and deal closures.

Guide team members in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and converting leads.

Track sales reports, analyze performance,



and provide regular updates to management.

Experience & Skills

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

Hands-on knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn, Guru, and other freelancing platforms.

Robust understanding of lead generation, bidding, proposal writing, and sales conversion.

Knowledge of email marketing and online business development channels.

Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple clients/projects.

Positive analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the IT/Software Development or Digital Marketing industry will be an advantage.
