Position Title- Business Development

Functional Area- Marketing, Business Development, Branding Location- Mumbai, Maharashtra (with occasional visits outside)

Min work experience- 2 -3 years, however freshers with relevant exposure, good domain knowledge, and passion to contribute can also apply.

Travel required- On requirement

Educational Qualification: Graduation and Post-graduation in environmental Science / Biotechnology

We are looking for passionate individuals willing to contribute positively to the dismal situation of urban waste management. The candidate should be self-inspired, eager to learn, and output-oriented.

In brief, the role of will involve (but not limited to),

· Business Development-Acquiring projects (Commercial/ Residential) following up projects to a logical conclusion and building the right kind of portfolio for the organization.

· Developing strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations

· Designing strategies with the marketing team, the sales team and building the brand

· Finding new markets and diversification

· The sales strategy of by-products made out of waste

Individuals looking for experience in waste- management, renewable energy and sustainable livelihood should have a good learning experience throughout the association.

Skills/Expertise/Pre-requisites Required

· Candidates with a managerial background are preferred. Business Development/Marketing experience would be added advantage

· Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills. Ability to leverage social media and/or Being proficient in Marathi will be an added advantage

· Commitment to excellence and accuracy, with an ability to make decisions in a dynamic environment

· Team handling, strong time management skills and remaining flexible in order to accommodate multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines

· Being able to work independently while also being an excellent team-worker

· Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility
