nAbout the Role

nWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the UAE and broader GCC recruitment industry.

nResponsibilities

n

n
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base across the UAE and wider GCC region.
n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the recruitment/staffing industry.
n
- Identify and engage with potential clients across key Dubai/UAE sectors (e.g., construction, hospitality, finance, retail, oil & gas), presenting tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.
n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
n
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions and achieve business objectives.
n
- Stay current with UAE labor law, MOHRE regulations,



and Emiratisation requirements as they relate to client hiring needs.
n
- Represent the company at UAE networking events, industry forums, and client-facing meetings.
n
- Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.
n

nRequirements & Qualifications

n

n
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the UAE or GCC recruitment/staffing market.
n
- Robust understanding of recruitment processes and UAE employment regulations (MOHRE, visa/sponsorship processes, Emiratisation).
n
- Existing network of client contacts in the UAE market is highly desirable.
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Arabic language skills a plus but not mandatory.
n
- Valid UAE driving license preferred.
n
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
n
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
n
- UAE residency/valid work visa preferred, or willingness to relocate.
n
