Role Description

This is a full time position for a Business Development Manager across PAN India. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet revenue targets.



Responsibilities also include creating, presenting, and negotiating contracts, monitoring market trends, and developing strategies for business growth in the freight forwarding and supply chain sector.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
- Experience in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
- Strong Negotiation, Persuasion, and Communication skills
- Understanding of Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain Management, and Logistics Operations
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and meet demanding targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- Experience in the Freight Forwarding/logistics industry is preferred but not mandatory
