FICSI, a Section 8 company working in food industry skilling, innovation and workforce development, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue and strategic partnerships.

The candidate will be responsible for developing business with:

- Food processing & FMCG companies training, upskilling, certification and customised workforce programmes
- Food Technology colleges & universities student certification, industry-readiness programmes, apprenticeships and industry-academia partnerships
- CSR foundations & corporate CSR teams mobilisation of CSR funding for skilling, employment and livelihood programmes

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads, build relationships and convert opportunities into business.
- Develop and maintain a solid pipeline of corporate, institutional and CSR prospects.
- Engage with HR, L&D;, CSR, Operations and senior management of food companies.




- Develop proposals, presentations and commercial models and drive negotiations to closure.
- Build partnerships with food-tech colleges and universities across India.
- Identify CSR opportunities and secure funded projects.
- Develop repeat business and expand existing partnerships.
- Track market trends and emerging skill requirements in the food industry.
- Maintain regular sales forecasts and business-development reports.
