Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire recent clients for IT staffing services.
- Manage existing relationships with clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality contract staffing services to meet client requirements.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competitive IT staffing landscape.
Job Requirements :
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry, preferably in IT staffing or contract hiring.
- Proven track record of successful new client acquisition through effective relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the domestic staffing market, including current trends and regulations.
