About the Role

Mr. modular is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager to develop and manage our B2B corporate interior and commercial fit-out business in Pune.

The person will be responsible for the complete business development and sales cycle — from identifying opportunities and generating leads to client meetings, proposals, negotiations and order closure.

Key Responsibilities

Experience should have 3+ year above

- Identify new corporate interior and commercial fit-out opportunities in Pune.
- Develop relationships with Architects, PMC companies, Facility Management Companies, Developers, Commercial Real Estate Consultants and Corporate Clients.
- Conduct professional cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and regular follow-ups.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Arrange and attend meetings with clients, architects, PMCs and other project stakeholders.
- Present Living Art Interior Studio's company profile, capabilities and services professionally.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical/design team.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements,



BOQ requirements and quotation preparation.
- Follow up on proposals and quotations.
- Participate in commercial discussions and negotiations.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and follow-up tracker.
- Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Is confident in professional communication and client meetings.
- Can independently generate leads through calls, email, LinkedIn and networking.
- Is comfortable meeting Architects, PMC representatives, Facility Managers and corporate decision-makers.
- Has positive presentation, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Is target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
- Can travel within Pune for meetings and site visits.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience in any of the following industries will be an advantage:
