Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Ameerpet. The role involves identifying new partnership opportunities with schools, colleges, and corporate organizations, and managing relationships to promote Corporate Commerce’s programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and maintaining a sales pipeline, meeting prospective clients, delivering presentations, and negotiating agreements.

The Business Development

Manager will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align offerings with market needs, track performance metrics, and prepare regular reports on business growth.



The role also requires representing the institution at events, ensuring high standards of professionalism, and contributing to long-term strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Strong business development, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and sustain partnerships.
- Experience in market research, lead generation, and pipeline management within the education or services sector is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and analytical skills, including proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with local education markets in and around Ameerpet and a strong interest in learner-centric education models.
