Ideal Profile
15+ years of experience in Staffing / Recruitment
Robust expertise in Non-IT staffing solutions
Proven success in winning new clients and growing revenue
Strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Procurement and Business Leaders
Experience managing large/key accounts and strategic clients
Strong understanding of staffing commercials, contracts, pricing and negotiations
Ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Experience leading or mentoring BD/Sales teams
Strong market knowledge and an established industry network
Role Mandate
Build → Acquire → Grow → Retain The role will focus on new client acquisition, strategic account growth, revenue generation, workforce solutions and long-term client partnerships.
