About the Role

BVG India Limited is looking for an Assistant Manager Business Development with mandatory experience in the Facility Management (FM) industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Candidates without Facility Management industry experience are requested not to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relations with prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through cold calling, client visits, references, networking,



market research, and other business development activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.
- Participate in tenders, RFPs, RFQs, pre-bid meetings and client negotiations, wherever required.

Mandatory Requirements

- Facility Management industry experience is compulsory.
- Experience in B2B sales/business development will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Travel for client meetings and business development.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate (MBA compulsory)
- Experience: 1year – 2 years
- Industry Experience: Facility Management – Mandatory

Note: Facility Management industry experience will be preferred.
