About the Role

BuildMyInfra (BMI) is looking for a Business Development Manager – MEP Project Sales to drive new business opportunities for our MEP, SITC and Turnkey Projects .

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in B2B project sales and business development who can identify potential clients, build relationships with decision-makers and convert project opportunities into business.

What You'll Do

- Identify and generate new business opportunities for MEP & Turnkey Projects
- Develop relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, facility teams and corporate clients
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references and direct outreach
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to client meeting, proposal, negotiation and closure
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal technical/estimation teams to prepare suitable proposals
- Handle commercial discussions, negotiations and project enquiries
- Develop business across warehouses, retail, commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales updates




- Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business

What We're Looking For

- 3–6 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Project Sales
- Experience in MEP, EPC, HVAC, Electrical, Turnkey Projects or Infrastructure
- Solid B2B sales and client acquisition experience
- Experience dealing with commercial/project stakeholders and decision-makers
- Exposure to SITC, BOQ, estimation, tendering or turnkey projects will be an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and close business
- Target-oriented and comfortable with client meetings and business travel
