Location: Andheri / Kurla, Mumbai The ideal candidate must come from a publishing, digital media, or ad sales background with a proven track record in outbound business development, IP selling, branded content, and securing high-value brand deals across luxury, lifestyle, and direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation &
- Pipeline:
Identify, pitch, and secure high-value brand partnerships and advertising deals for Man's World and Rolling Stone India across print, digital, and social platforms.
- IP &
- Branded Content Sales:
Pitch custom branded content solutions, digital campaigns, event sponsorships, and intellectual property (IP) assets to top brands and media agencies.
- Network &
- Brand Acquisition:
Leverage an existing network of clients and agency contacts within the luxury, lifestyle, fashion, FMCG, and automotive sectors to drive new business.
- Pitch Decks &
- Proposal Curation:
Build compelling sales presentations, strategic pitch decks,
and commercial propositions backed by market trends and audience insights.
- Agency &
- Direct Client Relations:
Establish strong relationships with key media planning/buying agencies and direct brand decision-makers to close sales targets.
- Market Expansion: Stay updated on digital media trends, brand budget movements, and competitor activities to proactively identify recent revenue streams.
Job Requirements :
- 3 to 8 years of proven experience in Ad Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Business Development within Media Publishing, Digital Media, or Print Media.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the advertising industry's dynamics, including market trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
