Job Summary

Eco Friendly Tech Solutions is looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our business development and sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and leading the sales team towards achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Generate new leads through calls, meetings, networking, digital channels, institutional visits, and partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EdTech and IT training sector.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and payment follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutions, corporate clients, and business partners.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the Business Development Executive (BDE) team.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and track team performance.
- Conduct regular sales reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Monitor CRM/lead data and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate reporting.
- Coordinate with the training and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Develop institutional tie-ups,



corporate partnerships, and referral opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional communication throughout the sales process.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- MBA in Marketing / Sales / Business Development is an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, EdTech, IT Training, or a related industry.
- Prior experience managing a sales/BDE team will be preferred.
