NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to generate and convert qualified leads for our Amazon Advertising Management and Website Designing/Development services, catering to clients globally with a primary focus on the UK market. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives on prospecting, outreach, and closing deals across multiple platforms.

NKey Responsibilities

- Identify and source qualified leads using Apollo.Io, Lusha, LinkedIn, job posting portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.), and other prospecting tools
N
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects needing Amazon Advertising and Website Design/Development services
N
- Run outbound campaigns via cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling to generate interest
N
- Qualify leads based on budget, need, and decision-making authority
N
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls/meetings with prospective clients
N
- Present tailored service offerings and prepare proposals/quotations
N




- Negotiate pricing and close deals within approved guidelines
N
- Maintain accurate lead and pipeline records in CRM
N
- Achieve monthly targetsfor leads generated, meetings booked, and revenue closed
N
- Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth client handoff post-closure

nRequirements

n

- 1–4 years of experiencein B2B sales/business development (agency, digital marketing, or IT services background preferred)
N
- Proven experience in lead generation using Apollo, Lusha, LinkedIn, or similar tools
N
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) Amazon Advertising/PPC and website design/development services
N
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
N
- Confident on cold calls, video calls, and email outreach with international clients
N
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
N
- Willingness to work UK shift hours (1 PM – 11 PM, Mon–Sat)

- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
