Eon Infotech Limited is hiring a Business Development Manager or Sales Manager in Mohali to drive B2B expansion for our GPS Tracking & Telematics solutions

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers across Corporate, SME, Institutional, and Government segments .
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets .
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements, present solutions, negotiate, and close deals.
- Identify recent market opportunities and develop industry-specific sales strategies.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Monitor sales targets, pipeline, forecasts, and regularly report business performance to management.
- Coordinate with Operations and Accounts for smooth service delivery, customer satisfaction, and receivables.
- Work with technical teams to develop customized solutions for customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and travel extensively across India.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field ; MBA in Marketing/Business preferred.
- 5+ years of experience ,



including at least 2 years in B2B/Corporate Sales or Business Development .
- Experience in Vehicle Tracking, GPS, Telematics, Fleet Management, or Asset Tracking is preferred.
- Experience with Cement, RMC, Dairy/Milk Processing, Food, FMCG, Logistics, or Perishable Commodities will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to identify opportunities and convert them into business.
- Self-driven, proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint .
- Willingness to travel extensively across India .
