Key Responsibilities

- Make calls and connect with potential customers.
- Generate and follow up on business leads.
- Understand customer requirements and share basic information about solar solutions.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams.
- Maintain customer and lead details.
- Assist in scheduling customer meetings and follow-ups.
- Support the team in daily business development activities.
- Learn about the solar industry, sales process, and customer handling.

Skills Required

- Positive communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Positive attitude and confidence to speak with customers.
- Interest in Sales and Business Development.
