The Role

We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who is confident, hungry to learn, and genuinely interested in the business side of marketing.

Your job will be simple — find brands, start conversations, build relationships, and help turn conversations into clients.

What You'll Do

- Cold call potential brands and decision-makers on a daily basis.
- Research and identify relevant brands and potential clients.
- Reach out to founders, marketing heads, brand managers & decision-makers.
- Set up and participate in new client meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate internally with the team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing proposals, pitches and client communication.
- Build long-term relationships with potential and existing clients.

What We're Looking For




- Cold calling is a MUST. If picking up the phone and calling a stranger scares you, this role isn't for you.
- Someone who is comfortable walking into a new client meeting and starting a conversation.
- Strong communication skills — confidence matters more than perfect English.
- Someone who can handle rejection without losing momentum.
- Valuable understanding of Instagram, brands, creators and the digital marketing ecosystem.
- Proactive, competitive and willing to take ownership.
- Freshers are welcome, but sales/business development experience is a plus.
- Most importantly — someone who wants to learn how businesses are actually won.
