Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Udaipur.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities with Charge Point Operators and other partners in the EV ecosystem. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, understanding their operational needs,



and proposing tailored solutions using YoCharge’s platform. The Executive will collaborate with internal teams to refine offerings, provide market feedback, and support revenue growth and market expansion.

Qualifications

- Strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills with the ability to identify opportunities and convert prospects.
- Solid understanding of Business and Account Management principles, including pipeline management and relationship building.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience or keen interest in the EV, clean-tech, or SaaS platform sectors is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfort using CRM tools, productivity software, and data to track performance and inform decisions.
