We are looking for a smart, confident, trustworthy, and well-spoken Executive Business Associate/Business Development Executive to work closely with management and support a range of business, client management, and retail operations .

The role will involve coordinating with management, attending meetings, communicating with clients, supporting business deals, and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a women’s clothing store .

The ideal candidate should be interested in building a long-term career and maintaining a strong, committed association with the company .

Key Responsibilities

Management & Business Support

- Coordinate daily activities, appointments, and meetings
- Work closely with management on assigned responsibilities
- Attend meetings with clients, partners, and business associates
- Communicate confidently and professionally on behalf of management
- Follow up with clients and support negotiations and deal closures
- Maintain confidentiality regarding business and management matters

Women’s Clothing Store Operations

- Handle day-to-day operations of the women’s clothing store
- Assist customers and understand their requirements
- Coordinate product displays, stock, and inventory
- Maintain basic sales and accounts entries
- Coordinate with suppliers and other business associates when required




- Monitor store requirements and ensure smooth daily operations
- Support sales and customer relationship building
- Take responsibility for achieving store-related targets and maintaining service standards

- Smart, confident, and presentable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam
- Bold and confident enough to attend meetings and interact with clients
- Solid leadership and decision-making qualities
- Basic knowledge of accounts and entries

- Ability to handle customers and business relationships professionally
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently
- Willingness to attend meetings and travel when required
