Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-field position based in Delhi NCR. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building robust relationships with hospitals.

The Business Development

Executive will manage accounts, follow up on leads, deliver presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to align services with client needs. Daily tasks include maintaining an active sales pipeline, tracking performance metrics,



and providing clear communication and updates to clients and leadership.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to identify opportunities and drive growth.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential partners and clients.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions clearly, negotiate effectively, and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture ongoing partnerships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-field in Delhi NCR, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic MS Office applications is an advantage.
