About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, building relationships, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels.
- Research and reach out to potential clients and brands.
- Handle client communication through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to prepare suitable proposals.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals while maintaining robust client relationships.
- Maintain records of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.




- Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of sales and business development processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Prior experience in a marketing/digital marketing agency is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
