Sunshine Education Academy Pvt Ltd, established in 2012, is an educational organization associated with 450+ schools across Tamil Nadu. Through our Sunshine International Olympiad, we work with schools to provide students with opportunities to participate in academic competitions and assessments.

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Freshers & experisensed Business Development Executives to expand our Olympiad network across Chennai

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing schools and school management.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with 150+ existing schools.
- Identify and acquire new schools and institutional clients.
- Visit schools regularly to introduce and promote Sunshine Olympiad programs.
- Meet school management, coordinators, and decision-makers to explain the Olympiad program.
- Follow up with schools and convert leads into participating schools.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update school-wise business development status.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Prior experience in business development, field sales, school sales, education sales, or institutional marketing will be an advantage.




- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Chennai
- Two-wheeler is mandatory for field visits.
- Candidates with a strong interest in the education sector are encouraged to apply.
