We're looking for a driven Business Development Executive to help grow our client base in app development and WhatsApp Business automation services. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to build a robust foundation in IT services sales, with real earning potential through commission on closed deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate outbound leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling — targeting healthcare, pharma, and small-to-mid-sized businesses that need app development or WhatsApp automation solutions

- Manage and follow up on inbound leads and referrals

- Prepare and follow up on client proposals alongside the leadership team

- Conduct basic discovery calls to understand client requirements before looping in the technical team

- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline tracker (spreadsheet or tool-based)

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (business/marketing background preferred, not mandatory)





- 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales or business development — IT services/software background preferred; telecom or insurance sales background also considered

- Comfortable communicating with clients in English and Hindi

- Basic understanding of technology is a plus, not required

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹30,000–35,000 per month

- Attractive commission structure on closed deals

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
