Fin Maverick is an edtech company running project-based programmes and internships across investing, markets, and financial analysis. We sell directly to learners (B2C) and partner with schools, colleges, communities, and corporates (B2B).

We are a small team: everyone works across functions, and this role sits close to the founders.

Key Responsibilities

- School acquisition: Build and own a pipeline of schools in assigned territories; pitch principals, directors and trustees, and sign partnerships that make schools a growth channel for Fin Maverick.
- Workshop delivery: Plan and personally conduct financial literacy workshops, careers-in-finance sessions, competitions and orientation programmes inside partner schools; this role teaches the sessions, not just organises them.
- Relationship management: Act as the single point of contact for school management, coordinators and teachers; keep programmes on schedule and partners engaged through the academic year.
- Funnel conversion: Turn school engagements into leads and enrolments: student sign-ups, parent sessions, ambassador programmes and referral loops.




- Event execution: Own school events end-to-end: scheduling, permissions, materials, speakers, on-the-day management and follow-up.
- Territory mapping: Map school clusters, boards, fee bands and decision cycles; prioritise the schools where conversion odds are best.
- Reporting: Log every school, contact, stage and activity in the CRM; report schools signed, sessions delivered and leads generated weekly.
