We’re Hiring | Business Development Executive – Oil & Gas / Industrial Solutions

We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our presence across upstream oilfield equipment, Corrosion Management Systems (CMS), and specialized industrial applications .

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries and accounts
- Build relationships with end users, EPCs, consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to order closure
- Understand customer requirements and position suitable technical and commercial solutions
- Drive customer meetings, presentations, site visits, and strategic follow-ups
- Prepare and coordinate quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial submissions
- Track market opportunities, upcoming projects, tenders, and competitor activity




- Develop key accounts and create long-term customer engagement plans
- Coordinate closely with technical and commercial teams to support successful conversions

Candidate Profile
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- 3–7 years of experience in business development, technical sales, industrial sales, or oil & gas
- Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
- Good understanding of tenders, quotations, technical specifications, and commercial processes
- Ability to independently develop accounts and manage a sales pipeline
- Willingness to travel for customer engagement and business development

Preferred Experience Experience in oil & gas, drilling equipment, corrosion management, integrity solutions, GeM/e-procurement, EPC sales, or industrial project business development will be preferred.
