Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a Business Development Executive based in Chennai.

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including researching potential clients, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The role involves conducting meetings and presentations, developing proposals, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify, qualify, and convert opportunities.
- Solid understanding of Business principles, market dynamics, and client needs to support sustainable growth.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience in Account Management, with a focus on building and maintaining long-term client relationships.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic CRM tools and MS Office, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
