Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

The Business Development

Executive will conduct meetings and presentations, maintain relationships with existing accounts, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.

Responsibilities include researching market trends, preparing proposals, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports to leadership. The role also requires active participation in events, outreach activities,



and continuous follow-up to convert opportunities into long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Current Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify opportunities and build a consistent sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business acumen, including understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and negotiations.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in education, training, or services.
- Ability to work on-site in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple priorities, and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM or lead tracking systems) is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
