Job Title: Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth across the engineering services landscape. This is more than just lead generation — it’s about building strategic relationships, opening doors to new OEM and technology accounts, and positioning cutting-edge engineering solutions in front of decision-makers shaping the future of innovation.

You’ll work closely with industry leaders, technology pioneers, and engineering teams to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and create long-term value.

Mandatory Requirement

- Candidates must have prior experience working in the Europe region / European markets
- Hands-on experience in handling customers or accounts in Europe is required.

The Impact You’ll Make

- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and converting OEM, industrial, technology, and ISV accounts.
- Execute targeted hunting strategies across high-growth market segments.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Engage with CTOs, VPs Engineering, R&D; Directors, Product Owners, and technology leaders to position high-value engineering solutions.
- Develop account and territory plans to maximize growth opportunities and uncover whitespace areas.
- Partner with marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns, conferences, and lead conversion initiatives.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and provide structured reporting to track business progress.
