Role Description The Business Development Associate (Commission Based) role is a full-time, remote position focused on driving growth across Swadeshi Sync’s digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospective clients, conducting market research to uncover opportunities, and managing lead generation activities across relevant channels.

The role involves preparing and delivering compelling presentations, clearly communicating the value of services such as micro app development, web app development, integrated marketing, and data cleaning.



The associate will nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, collaborate with internal teams to shape proposals, and maintain accurate records of outreach, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Candidates should possess presentation skills and experience creating and delivering professional presentations tailored to different stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess lead generation skills and familiarity with outreach tools or methods to systematically build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess market research skills to analyze industry trends, target segments, and competitor offerings.
- Experience in business development, sales, or account management within digital services, SaaS, or marketing agencies is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet targets in a commission-based structure.
