Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Noida.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and develop relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, generating and qualifying leads, presenting BuyBuyCart’s offerings, and negotiating deals to support revenue growth. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams, managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics,



and preparing regular business development reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business strategy to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation and prospecting to build and manage a qualified sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to present solutions, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and ensure ongoing satisfaction and retention.
- Relevant experience in e-commerce, retail, or B2C/B2B sales is beneficial.
- Ability to work with targets, analyze data, and use CRM or sales tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset are highly valued.
