Position: Business Development Executive
What this role actually involves:
- Reaching out to CHROs and founders through LinkedIn, cold emails & calls for HR & IT Services offeerings, including HRMS implementation, IT managed services programs etc.
- Breaking into new accounts and generating business conversations
- Understanding client hiring needs and qualifying opportunities
- Managing structured follow-ups and pipeline movement
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Building long-term prospect relationships, not just quick outreach
What makes someone successful here?
- 1-2 years of experience in HR Technology, HRMS Sales, IT Managed Services, Staffing / Business Development
- Solid prospecting and outbound communication skills
- Confidence in speaking with clients and stakeholders
