Job Summary:

The candidate will be responsible for branch operations, sales, business development, team management, client relationships, and expanding the company's market presence.

The role will also involve generating qualified business leads from Mumbai for the company's Bhubaneswar office and Odisha real estate projects.

Role & responsibilities :

- Manage overall business operations and performance of the Mumbai branch.
- Develop and execute branch-level sales and business development strategies.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's client network.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and commercial discussions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with corporate clients, investors, business partners, and consultants.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the branch sales and operations team.
- Monitor employee productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Coordinate branding, promotional activities, networking events,



and marketing initiatives in Mumbai.
- Generate qualified leads from Mumbai for Bhubaneswar and Odisha real estate projects.
- Coordinate with the Bhubaneswar team for lead transfer, client follow-ups, and business conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, client interactions, and branch expenses.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or branch management.
- Experience in team handling and achieving business targets.
- Robust client acquisition, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to manage branch operations and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Experience in real estate, property sales, or related industries will be preferred.
