Role Description The Business Development Associate (Edtech) role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and generating new business opportunities within the Edtech sector through lead generation, outreach, and relationship building with potential clients and partners. The associate will conduct market research to understand trends, competition, and client needs, and translate findings into actionable business strategies.

Day-to-day activities include preparing and delivering presentations, coordinating meetings and demos, maintaining accurate records of prospects and interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to support proposals and closures. The role also requires regular communication with stakeholders to nurture long-term partnerships and contribute to revenue growth.

Qualifications





- Candidates should possess strong Presentation Skills and experience creating effective Presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess skills in Lead Generation, including prospecting, outreach, and pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess Market Research capabilities, including analyzing industry trends and customer needs in the Edtech space.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in Edtech or related industries.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet business targets.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and online meeting platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
