Overview:

- As a Business Development Associate, you will be the partner’s first point of contact for support, queries, requests, feedback, and other needs. You will be responsible for managing relationships between partners and the company.
- You are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in all conversations with partners, demonstrate thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services, and respond promptly with complete understanding to requests and queries. When handling a problem, you are expected to “own the problem” - take responsibility for addressing the issue, researching it, and resolving it internally
- Other responsibilities include stakeholder management (coordinating with the product team for the partner’s asks, analytics team for data handling) & staying updated with the industry & peers

Responsibilities:

- Build current partnerships as well as manage & grow existing partnerships
- Own relationships with assigned B2B partners and serve as their primary point of contact for queries, requests, feedback, and ongoing support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product,



Analytics, Operations, and other stakeholders to address partner requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Understand the company’s products and services thoroughly and effectively communicate their features, use cases, and value proposition to partners
- Identify opportunities to deepen partner engagement, drive adoption of products/services, and contribute to business growth
- Monitor partner performance and engagement, identify gaps or opportunities, and proactively recommend actions to improve outcomes
- Uphold Vested’s highest standards of service while acting as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving inquiries, and responding empathetically to build lasting relationships

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Affinity towards finance and wealth management (preferred)

- 1-3 years of experience in a business development role (preferred)
- Experience within BFSI company or a fintech (preferred)
