Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with inbound leads, understand their needs through detailed consultations.

 Pitch and sell relevant services with empathy and conviction — every call you make has the potential to change a life.

 Own the sales funnel: manage and nurture your leads, follow up regularly, and close deals.

 Collaborate with marketing teams for seamless client onboarding.





 Update CRM systems accurately and submit weekly reports on performance and learning.

 Participate in team sales sprints, campaign brainstorms, and performance reviews.

You Are a Outstanding Fit If You Are:

 A recent graduate or have up to 6 months of experience in B2C inside sales or tele- sales.

 Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication.

 Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards.

 Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.

 Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner).
