Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Hadapsar, Pune.

The Business Development

Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical and agri-input sectors, focusing on B2B customers and strategic accounts. Daily activities include lead generation through online platoforms like Indiamart, TradeIndia, etc, prospecting, communicating with the potential clients, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure. The role involves coordinating with technical and operations teams to address customer requirements.

Executive will also track market trends, gather competitive information, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and business opportunities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor/Master degree in Chemistry or Agriculture, Chemical Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or MBA is an advantage.
- Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with the ability to build and grow a qualified sales pipeline.
- Business management capabilities, including relationship building, negotiation, and customer retention.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in chemicals, agri-inputs, or related industrial sectors, with an understanding of B2B sales cycles and technical products.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
