Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.

- Identify and qualify potential customers for IT products and software solutions.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.

- Conduct online and F2F meetings with customers.

- Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.

- Coordinate with the technical/pre-sales team for product demonstrations and solution discussions.

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM.

Required Skills

- 0–5 years of experience in B2B IT Product / Software Sales.

- Experience selling SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity, Networking, or other IT solutions is preferred.

- Strong experience in lead generation and cold calling.





- Valuable understanding of the IT software/product sales cycle.

- Experience handling domestic and/or international customers.

- Comfortable with online as well as F2F customer meetings.

- Good negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into business opportunities.

- Willingness to travel for customer meetings/field sales, if required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- IT/Software industry sales experience is preferred.

- Should be comfortable with new customer acquisition and business development.

- Candidates with experience in SaaS, Cloud, ERP, CRM, Cybersecurity, or IT infrastructure products can be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
