Business Development Associate

Location: Delhi-NCR

Salary: Depending on Experience. Conveyance Additional. Sales Commission Additional.

BiziBean Coffee is looking for a Business Development Associate to identify new locations and business opportunities for setting up Coffee Counters and Outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential locations including:

- High Footfall Corporate Buildings and Business Parks
- Large Corporate Offices such as Amex, EY, Banks, IT Companies etc.
- F&B;, Cinema, Hospitality and Retail Brands looking to outsource their Coffee Operations
- Locations for BiziBean Standalone Outlets and Kiosks
- Other suitable spaces for Coffee Counters

2) Generate Leads and connect with Corporate Administration, Facility Management, Leasing Teams, Landlords and Business Owners
- Conduct Site Visits and assess potential locations
- Present BiziBean's Coffee Counter Models and Business Proposals to prospective Clients




- Regularly Follow-up with Leads and maintain end-to-end records of Business Development Opportunities
- Coordinate with Management and Operations Team for Commercial Discussions and New Counter Openings

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Business Development / Corporate Sales / Retail Expansion preferred
- Good Communication and Presentation Skills
- Ability to independently Generate Leads and approach New Clients
- Positive Networking and Negotiation Skills
- Comfortable with Cold Calling, Meetings and Site Visits
- Comfortable travelling across Delhi-NCR
