Job Summary

Perpex Insights LLP is looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Associate (BDA) to join the SaleX – B2C team. The role involves generating and handling leads, connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, scheduling demos or meetings, and supporting lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other channels.
- Make initial calls to prospective customers and understand their requirements.
- Explain the company's products/services and communicate their perks clearly.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Schedule product demos, meetings, and follow-up calls with interested prospects.
- Follow up consistently with potential customers to improve conversion.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM or relevant tracking systems.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly business development targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and internal teams for smooth lead conversion and customer handling.
- Maintain professional relationships with prospects and customers.
- Prepare regular updates on calls, leads, follow-ups, demos, and conversions.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Good interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making customer calls and handling follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
