The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their career goals, guiding them through relevant learning opportunities, and helping them make informed decisions.

You will work closely with prospects throughout the sales journey while consistently achieving daily and monthly targets. Key ResponsibilitiesConnect with prospective customers through calls and other communication channels. Understand prospects' career goals, requirements, and challenges.

Explain relevant learning and upskilling programs in a clear and consultative manner. Qualify leads and identify suitable opportunities. Follow up with existing prospects and maintain consistent engagement.

Build strong customer relationships throughout the sales process. Handle customer queries and objections professionally. Maintain accurate records and follow-up information in the CRM. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain a customer-centric approach while driving conversions. Stay updated with the technology and education landscape.



Consistently complete required daily inputs and outputs. Eligibility – BDA Experience: 0–2 years; freshers can apply.

Education: Graduate. Preferred educational backgrounds include B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, and M.Tech . Strong verbal and written English communication. Interest in sales, business development, and target achievement. Candidates from EdTech backgrounds or freshers are eligible.

Age: Up to 29 years. Eligibility – Senior BDA Experience: 1–5 years.

EdTech experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory. Previous sales/business development experience is required.

Education: Graduate. Preferred educational backgrounds include B.Tech, BBA, B.Com, MBA, and M.Tech . Robust verbal and written English communication.

Age: Up to 31 years.
