Role Description The Business Development Associate – International Market (WFH) is a full-time, remote role focused on expanding Bhanzu’s presence across global markets. This role involves identifying and nurturing leads, conducting market research, and building relationships with prospective partners, institutions, and customers in international regions.

The associate will prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demos, manage outreach campaigns, and coordinate with internal teams to align growth strategies with product and marketing initiatives. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a structured sales pipeline,



tracking performance metrics, providing feedback on market trends, and representing Bhanzu’s mission and offerings to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Presentation Skills and experience creating and delivering impactful Presentations to international audiences.
- Candidates should possess effective Lead Generation abilities, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to analyze international education markets, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders across countries and cultures.
- Experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in EdTech or education-focused organizations is beneficial.
- Comfort working with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones.
