Fibro Foods is looking for an energetic and food-passionate Business Development Associate to grow its Ready-to-Cook and Ready-to-Eat product business across the HoReCa and foodservice sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers and distributors

- Present products, arrange samples and demonstrate culinary applications

- Understand customer requirements and identify new business opportunities

- Build relationships with chefs, owners, purchase teams and distributors

- Follow up on leads and convert business opportunities into sales

- Collect market feedback and support recent-product development

- Maintain customer and sales-activity records

Candidate Requirements

- Genuine passion for food, cooking and culinary innovation





- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Proactive, energetic and willing to learn

- Comfortable with customer meetings, sales calls and follow-ups

- Interested in ingredients, flavours and food applications

- Willing to travel for customer visits when required

- Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial business

- Fresh graduates with MBA with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
