Role and Responsibility

As a BDA, you will:

Connect and engage with prospective learners through calls

Understand students’ career goals, backgrounds and learning requirements

Counsel learners on suitable AENEXZ training and career-oriented programs

Explain programs, mentorship, projects, learning outcomes and placement support

Maintain lead information and follow-ups in CRM systems

Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars and campus activities

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who has:





Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

Good negotiation and convincing skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Ability to work with targets and deadlines

Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace / CRM tools

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Compensation & Growth

During Training:

₹17,000 Stipend + ₹10,000 Incentives

After Training:

PPO: ₹4–6 LPA (Performance Based)
