Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Associate role based in Indore.

The Business Development

Associate will identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, corporate clients, and individual learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and presenting Azurelib Academy’s programs and services to prospective clients.



The role involves maintaining a pipeline of opportunities, preparing proposals, supporting contract negotiations, and collaborating with marketing and academic teams to align offerings with market needs. The associate will also track performance metrics, gather feedback from clients, and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and learner enrollment.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and sales outreach.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify potential business opportunities.
- Proficient in communication, presentation, and negotiation in both in-person and virtual settings.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and productivity software to manage pipelines and reporting.
- Organized, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or education services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Indore and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
