Job Title: Business Data Migration Expert Order to Cash (O2C)

Role Overview The Business Data Migration Expert for Order to Cash (O2C) drives functional data migration deliverables for commercial deployment releases. Acting as the functional SPoC, the specialist ensures complete, high-quality migration across Customer Master, Product Pricing, Sales Contracts, and the sales views of Material Master data according to program milestones.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as functional SPoC for commercial and sales data objects throughout deployment cutover and hypercare.

- Lead business data cleansing activities and track resolution of data defects across legacy platforms.

- Coordinate collection and validation of manual/construction sales records and customer agreements.

- Collaborate with IT technical leads and country Business Data Owners to define scope and map legacy values to target ERP data structures.

- Maintain commercial master data lists and provide domain requirements to conversion teams for legacy extraction.

- Provide sign-off and formal approvals on data upload files pre-load and post-load.





- Conduct manual type-in data loads for designated objects and maintain dual data entry during transition windows.

- Execute data verification scripts, evaluate load logs, and resolve functional defects during SIT, UAT, and cutover.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Experience: 5+ years working in regional or global corporate environments and multi-entity deployments.

- ERP Experience: Proven hands-on SAP project implementation experience with a focus on SD / O2C modules.

- Domain Knowledge: Strong subject matter expertise in Order to Cash workflows, Sales Management, Contract Management, Pricing Conditions, Customer Master, and sales master views.

- Data Migration: Demonstrated background in business-side data migration, mapping, validation, and sign-off.

- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for data manipulation and pivot-based reconciliation.

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.

- Communication: High proficiency in English with proven stakeholder negotiation and workshop facilitation abilities.
