Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst / Product Owner with 4–6 years of experience to work closely with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, defining product requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Understand business needs and translate them into clear functional requirements.
- Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Define, prioritize, and manage product backlog.
- Work closely with development, QA, UI/UX, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and ensure requirements are clearly communicated.
- Support UAT and validate delivered features against requirements.




- Identify gaps, dependencies, and potential risks.
- Continuously identify opportunities for product and process improvements.

Required Skills
- 4–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of software/product development lifecycle.

Positive to Have
- Experience in web or mobile product development.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and system integrations.
- Knowledge of wireframing/prototyping tools.
- Experience in client-facing roles.

Education Pay: ₹1,600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
