Summary The Business Analyst need to act as the bridge between the lottery operator's business stakeholders and software delivery teams.

The role is responsible for understanding business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational processes, and product needs, then translating them into explicit, testable software requirements.

He or She needs to align and discuss these requirements with the SW development team leads, solution architects and test leads.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from lottery operations, product owners, marketing, retail operations, compliance, and customer service teams.
- Understand lottery products such as draw-based games, instant games, digital lottery platforms, player accounts, retailer systems, and prize payout processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional software requirements.
- Create business process models, workflows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements specifications.
- Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Analyse the impact of business changes on existing systems and integrations.
- Support solution design activities and validate that proposed solutions meet business needs.
- Collaborate with architects, developers,



testers, and project managers throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and requirements validation.
- Manage requirements traceability from business objectives through implementation and testing.
