Hiring: Business Analyst + Scrum Master | Bangalore | 5–10 Years

WarpDrive Tech Works is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience to join our team in Bangalore.

This is a BA-focused role, with strong ownership of requirements, stakeholder management, Agile delivery, and end-to-end coordination, along with Scrum Master responsibilities.

What You'll Do

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create User Stories, Functional Specifications, Process Flows & Acceptance Criteria
- Manage and maintain the Jira product backlog
- Work closely with Business, Product, Development, QA, Salesforce, SAP, and external teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews & Retrospectives
- Coordinate UAT, testing, defect triage, releases & deployments
- Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and blockers
- Drive stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across teams
- Support production issue resolution and root-cause analysis




- Maintain project documentation and governance using Jira & Confluence
- Identify opportunities for process and delivery improvements

What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of Business Analysis experience
- 2+ years of Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience
- Strong requirement gathering, user story writing, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Jira & Confluence
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and backlog management
- Experience with UAT, release management & defect management
- Excellent communication, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have:
- FMCG / DMS / SFA / Sales Technology experience
- Exposure to Salesforce & SAP integrations
- Agile certifications such as CSPO / PSPO
